Terms and Conditions Shell999

Shell999 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "We", or "Shell999") is an online sports betting and casino platform operating under a valid international licence. The platform is operated to provide online entertainment services to eligible adult users.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and shell999 regarding the use of the platform, website, mobile application, and all services provided. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide ours.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Shell999 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this document.
• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out using your account.
• The information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Shell999 takes the protection of minors from gambling seriously. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be terminated immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

Location Requirements

Users are responsible for ensuring that use of the Shell999 service is lawful in their location or jurisdiction. Shell999 is not liable for any violation of local laws by users.

One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at shell999. This includes one account per individual, per household, and per IP address. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

• Only one account is allowed per ID card / passport number
• Only one account is allowed per mobile number
• Only one account is allowed per bank account number
• Only one account is allowed per email address

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. Shell999 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected on your account.

Required KYC Documents

To verify your identity, shell999 may request the following documents:

• Identity document: Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or other valid official identification document
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official document containing your name and address
• Payment method verification: Screenshot of the e-wallet or bank statement for the payment method used for the deposit

KYC Processing Time

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days. You will be notified via email or in-app notification once the process is complete. While KYC verification is in progress, withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is finalised.

Deposit

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. All withdrawals must use the same payment method as your deposit. Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.

Withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes for regular members and under 1 hour for VIP Platinum and Diamond members. Shell999 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount as a standard security measure.

Shell999 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods as stated on the relevant promotions page.

General Rollover Requirements

Rollover refers to the total amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. Rollover requirements vary by promotion type and are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.

Bonus Abuse Policy

Shell999 takes bonus abuse seriously. The following activities are considered abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account termination:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Using false information during registration to obtain bonuses
• Low-risk bets clearly placed solely to meet rollover requirements (e.g., simultaneously betting both sides of a market)
• Sharing or transferring bonuses between accounts
• Using technical methods to exploit the bonus system

All bets placed on Shell999 are final once confirmed by the system. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details before confirming.

Bet Cancellation & Rejection

Shell999 reserves the right to cancel or reject any bet under the following circumstances:

• A bet placed based on incorrect odds due to a technical error
• A match or event is cancelled or suspended with no new date scheduled
• There is evidence that results have been manipulated or unlawfully influenced
• A bet exceeding the maximum limit set for the relevant market

Bet Disputes

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a bet result or payout, you must contact Shell999 customer support within 72 hours from the date of the relevant event result. Disputes received after this period will not be considered.

You are solely responsible for keeping your Shell999 account login credentials secure. This includes your username, password, PIN, and any two-factor authentication codes.

Shell999 recommends that you:

• Using a strong, unique password not used on other platforms
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Log out of your account after using the platform, especially on public devices
• Report to Shell999 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation

Shell999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice under certain circumstances. Equally, users have the right to close their account at any time.

Grounds for Suspension or Termination by Shell999

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraud, document forgery, or submission of misleading information
• Multiple account ownership or bonus abuse
• Money laundering or other illegal activities
• Request by authorities or regulatory bodies
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

Account Closure by User Request

You may close your Shell999 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, all available cash balance (excluding bonus balance that has not met rollover requirements) will be returned to you via your original payment method within 5 business days.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shell999 and its affiliated companies, directors, officers, and staff shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from betting activities
• Service disruptions due to maintenance or circumstances beyond Shell999's control
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence
• Device or data damage resulting from use of the platform

However, these liability limitations do not affect user rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws. shell999 remains responsible for processing legitimate withdrawals and returning valid user account balances under all circumstances.

Shell999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect 14 days after notice has been given to the user via their registered email or in-platform notification, except for amendments required by law which may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the Shell999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which shell999 is licensed. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.
